Just got L2, have no idea what I'm doing...

Basically, I just got a Motorola Slivr L2... I want to be able to connect it to my computer to put ringtones on it, but I don't know what to do. I have no software with it. When I plug it in, it says "New Hardware Found" and prompts me to load a driver, but I don't have any drivers for it. Can someone tell me what to do, I don't even know where to start...
Sorry about being such a n00b, I've never dealt with this...
