SK2 power button problem

Hey guys, Got a SK2 that was little messed up with moisture. I got it all working except the power.
I dont know why it is not working. Camera button and all those others are fine.
When the phone is on, I press the power and it will not turn off. Nor will it turn on while its off. It just shows the battery bar going up and down from charging.
Tried those 2 times in 3second thing. Holding it 3 seconds. and Etc.
Any suggestions on what to do?
