do they have a point? are they trained at all? cause the one i just finished speaking with was useless. she couldn't tell me the day i was eligible to use my upgrade. then she proceeded to tell me that she had no access to my account.

it is on premiere website. you can click to chat and speak with cs rep. which honestly after talking to them a few times, i feel like i'm talking to the moviefone bot on aim.

I got on with one on Cingular.... yeah I even had to ask her if she was a bot... its all copy/paste policy vomit... no real help, no real information.... waste of time, and employees.
