I know I've already posted this but I want to make sure that this oversight gets corrected and people get what they paid for. Cingular on page 90 of the manual states that the USB cable is included with the phone. My phone and all the other phones at the corporate store did not have one. I mentioned it to the employees and I got a cable from the music accessory package for free. So do yourselves a favor for all those people without bluetooth and head down there and complain. Post if you had an issue and tell anyone who got one and didn't get it taken care of since Cingular had to call corporate and I was told I was the first person to mention this

They won't honor this anymore. I bought my phone November 15th and they refused to honor this. I was told, most recently in an e-mail from Cingular today, that those who bought on-line clearly knew the phone did not come with a USB cable as it was not listed as coming with the phone when you bought on-line through Premier. Whatever. It just makes Cingular look cheap and like it has really bad CS to do this for some but not for others (at least those who got the manual that said the cable was included).

yea, they wouldnt give it to me. they told me samsung packaged it, and to call them. when i did, they told me it was cingular's fault and that samsung doesnt even package it, they just ship the phone. whatever, disappointment on both sides
