Pairing ASUS with Nokia via Bluetooth

Hi

I have an ASUS A639 "My Pal" Pocket PC (OS Windows CE 2005) with Bluetooth technology. I also have a Nokia 6021 with Bluetooth. I have paired the two devices for "Dialling via Bluetooth" from the Contacts of the ASUS to the Nokia and it works beautifully. One problem I have with this is as follows. In order for me to "Dial via Bluetooth" the Bluetooth has to be enabled. I have to go into the Bluetooth facility and enable it, dial and disable it. It I keep the Bluetooth enabled the battery loses much of its power. I have an HP iPAC rx3700 Pocket PC (OS Windows CE 2003), also with Bluetooth. I have paired it with another Bluetooth Mobile phone and the dialling via Bluetooth is easy. Even if the Bluetooth is disabled, it's automatically enabled during the dialling procedure and is disabled after the dialling procedure has ended. Am I missing something in the ASUS (or the Windows 2005)? Is there something I have to change in the configuration of the ASUS for this function to work properly. Or is this one of the downsides of the Windows CE 2005.

There are two further problems I have with pairing the ASUS and the Nokia.

1. I want to send all the phone numbers that are stored in the Nokia to the Contacts of the ASUS. Through the Connection Wizard of the Bluetooth Manager I have paired the two devices via the "Browse files on a remote device" option. I can see all the Nokia files on the screen except the file that contains the phone numbers. Is there something I have to do from the side of the Nokia to push the numbers to the ASUS. To send numbers from the ASUS to be stored in the Nokia is not a problem.
2. I want to use the ASUS, which is also a GPS device and sits on the dashboard of my car, as a handsfree microphone/loucspeaker for the Nokia. I have paired the two devices through the Connection Wizard using the "Handsfree/Headset setup" option. The Nkia does not recorgnise the pairing either. What should I do in this case.

Can someone help?

Thanks
