what are the perameters for texting on a UNLOCKED MOTOROLA V3 GOLD RAZR GSM PHONE. i live in seattle WA and this phone is in Brooklyn NY. Will i be able to text message when i get it? whoever can help me il be thankfull!

ya it will work, check the cingular faqs for setting any moto will do.
