Stupid battery!!!!!

So annoyed.

MY moto battery lost its life and lasted a day until it was dead (sending maybe 5 sms's tops) so I went and bought a chinese battery. worked great, lasted ages. standby was 2-3 days or so.

After 3 months its suddenlydone the same thing.

I took it backa dn got it replace. One charge and within 24 hours its lost 1 bar... i've only senta few sms. I'm guessing it will be dead tomorrow.

is it my bloody phone or batteries?

I hate moto and i'm never going back.

Razr v3 btw. bluetooth is turned off and i cant think of anything else.

The actual talk time on the RAZR standard battery is about 1-1.5 hrs. I would never recommend purchasing aftermarket batteries as they rarely put out the correct voltage. You have a one year manufacturers warranty provided through Motorola on your original battery, so you shouldn't have to buy one if there is a problem with it.

It used to last ages on standby though lol.

Warrenty is over. I didnt know i had it, but I dont have a receipt either. This was a unwanted gift from a business associate.

Might just use it and get a new phone in a couple of months after xmas sales. *sigh*

Allow the battery to run completely dead, meaning the phone shuts itself off. Then, take the battery out and leave it out for some time (recommended a 1/2 hour). Now put the battery back in and charge it with the phone off overnight. This should restore your original talk time. It's worked for me many times. This is very common on most cell phones I've owned, samsung, moto, nokia, etc
