i need to know were can i go to resize mp3 files. im tryna send them to my phone but the size of the song is to big i need to size it to like 113kb and the bite rate to me like 32kbps

besweet will do the recoding.
Recode it to .wav and use any of the widely available audio editing programs, then recode as .mp3 with 32k encoding.

use mp3 to ringtone gold......... will fix the problem without killing the quality
