Jar & Jad files to Samsung E720

Hi Peeps,
Having nearly come to the point of a new phone i wish to get more games to my Samsung E720 mobile to pass it on but the games i have i wish to pass on from my Pc using a bluetooth dongle and they are in jad and jar format. How do i get these to my phone to work.
