prepaid sk3

I just bought the prepaid sk3 2 days ago and I just put my prepaid sim from my sk2 into the sk3. I had like 30 left on my sk2 cause they put the new prepaid sim into my old sk. now my sk3 would just some times say it has to restart and it would restart. it did this for no reason and I was thinking was this because I have to waste the 30 on my sk2 from the new sim in order for it not to keep restarting for no reason? thanks
