Ordered a 3125

I ordered a 3125 on the 9th from cingular.com, (well my mother ordered seeing as it is on their account and I am at college) to have it shipped to me. Anyway, they messed up my address and Fedex wouldn't change it, so now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my phone. That isn't really that big of a problem.
The problem is that I didn't realize the Blackjack was coming out so soon, and that it was only going to be $50 more. Anyway, I really want the Blackjack now, and I know Cingular has the 30 day return policy. My question is, if I send the 3125 back the day I get it, how long will it be before I can get the Blackjack?
The reason I ask is because I will be back home for Thanksgiving and I am wondering if there would be any way to just get it in a store, but the time period is rather short. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, this is my first post. I just found this site today, I dunno how I could have missed it before, but I am sure glad I found, lots of great info. If only I had known about it before I placed my order.
