VERY ODD Blackjack AOL IM Issue

So I'm using the new Blackjack AOL IM program and it has an ODD bug.
Where I work we access AOL IM via a proxy server that logs all the IM's and monitors everything. So when I'm away from the office I can IM everyone who is NOT at my work fine... but when I try to IM people at work it doesn't work. They don't get any messages....
VERY ODD... any ideas?
