Activesync - Blackjack - Toshiba Bluetooth Stack Problem

Having problem using activesync via bluetooth on my blackjack. Anyone have any history with Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba? Everything I've read says I need to setup a com port within the Bluetooth stack program but that is not an option in the Toshiba Bluetooth Program.
Dell Inspiron 6400 - Toshiba Bluetooth Stack version 4.00.22(D)

P.S. I tried to install the newest version by toshiba but it can't find my bluetooth radio.
