Weird Blackjack Problem

In both the Cingular Samsung Popup and the Samsung Popup Home Page. The time is correct at the top (12 hour style) but in the popup section all my appointments are shown in 24-hour stye with a begining and an end (example 1850-2230 instead of 6:50p). In the calendar itself, the appointments are also listed correctly. In all the other home page styles other than popup the appointments are listed correctly. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Is there a way to reset the device?, because it worked before and it got screwed up on a use of activesync.
