Hey guys I have a prepaid sk3. And when I went in to buy it I put my old sk3 prepaid sim in the sk3 and then they activated the sim from the sk3 on my sk2. When I went to go on my sk2 and sk3 I just had to use the same login name and my pass. So I used the 30 I had on my sk2 to just buy ringtones and an application and 1 game and wasted the 30 on there cause I wasn't gonna use it. It worked for like a day and then my sk3 says I have no money on it but I had like 7 bucks. Ok so I thought that I was logged on my sk2 and sk3 at the same time and just bought 10 for it to see if it would work again. But no it still says I need to refill my account but I have like 16 bucks on it. And I also tried a hard and soft reset and still doesn't work. Please can some help me or know how to fix this.

Call Prepaid customer care and speak to a representative there.
