Motorola v360 external speaker

One day out of the blue the speaker just went faint. Turn it up to seven and you can barely hear it. Anyone else experience this? It still works, but almost inaudible on the highest setting.

If your phone is under one year old and is not damaged, you have a one year manufacturers warranty that will fix this issue at no cost.

The phone came straight from Hong Kong via an ebay seller. I'm guess I need to find a replacement.
