problem with blackjack

OK so my internet seems to be going in and out. When it works, everything is lightning: MMS, video, music, browsing, etc. But then out of no where it blanks out. I can't send an MMS, I cant browse pages, I cant use video, i cant do anything. I cant figure out why. All my settings are correct and I have full 3G signal. I was on the phone with data support today for 3 hours and he redid everything on my account, reprovisioned everything and then I master reset my phone and everything was working great until now. My blackjack is less than a day old. Does anyone have any advice?
PS- I just power cycled my phone and now browsing and video and MMS works like lightning but i'm sure it will eventually stop again
