3125 "resolve items" problem

Having a problem with active sync with my 3125. When it is done syncing i am getting a # of "unresolved items" on my favorites. when i attempt to resolve items, it just syncs again & opens a window stating "the following favorites were not completely transferred to the device" & i then look on my phone and i have lost a bunch of my favorites links. The error message states "not enough room on the device" but when i check i find that i still have many megs of space available.

anyone got any ideas or thoughts on how to "resolve" this issue?

I had the same issue and reset my phone to resolve the issue. I know its a pain in the rear because you lose all your settings and programs but I'd rather mess with the phone than the computer. Good luck.

thanx but one of the first things i did was the phone reset as well as removing the software from my computer and re-installing and start over, but after re-creating folders in favorites & replacing my links, and "syncing", the same problem occurred. This is really a pain in the butt because the only way for me to navigate the internet now is by manually inputting locations, which without a qwerty is a major hassle......

The thing I haven't tried is resetting the phone and re-adding the links using no folders in favorites, in other words using just the favorites folder, and not creating any other folders in favorites. If this works, its almost as difficult as manually inputting url's since one would have to scroll a list of substantial length to find where one would like to navigate......

A related issue i found is according to the active sync help topics............

this does not work for me, when i click the "x unresolved items" link NO instructions appear on the screen. the software just starts doing another sync & the "x unresolved items" appears again, click on it, resync, they re-appear, click, re-sync. Just a cycle of clicking and re-syncing with NOTHING BEING RESOLVED!

kind of frustrating......

Did you try to remove active sync and then reinstalling it? I think I also did that at one point.

yes i removed and reinstalled the software to no avail
