PROBLEMS: i830 Talkgroup Vibrate / User ID Display No Longer Available

Can someone advise on the following:
PRIOR to upgrading my Motorola i830 (Provider - Telus Canada) to software version R2B.00.04 my phone was able to do the following:
1. Vibrate when receiving a talkgroup alert &
2. Display the talkgroup users name (as entered in the contact directory) in the display window.
Subsequent to the upgrade both these features no longer work. The vibrate function continues to work for all received phone calls and 'one on one' direct connects, and the users name is displayed for the same?
Can someone advise how to correct this issue?
Is it possible to return to the previous firmware if there is no simple way to fix?
