one of my friends thought it would be funny to guess my password 10 times on my blackberry and now i have a white screen when i turn it out...how can i fix it?

after 10 incorrect passwords, the BB wipes all its data. You should be able to take the battery out and it will reset, but all your info is toast.

If that doesn't work, Try to reload the OS through Application Loader in your Desktop Manager Software.

Hint** You will need to install the OS on your PC first. Go to your carriers homepage to get the most up-to-date OS.

that sux.. i would hard boot with the battery, try the op reload as suggested, or contact rim for a backdoor fix.. that or your cell provider.. it can be fixed..

i call bull. you probably stole this blackberry and it has a IT policy on it so when it wiped it is now inoperable
