Imate SP3i keeps FREEZING!!

Hello,

I have an Imate SP3i with WM3. I've installed and uninstalled a lot of apps. Anyhow, I'm sure that messed up the registry, but does that explain this:

This problem happened twice.

I'm using the phone, then when I stop using it, the screen turns off (like when it times out). Then all of a sudden, I use it again to get it working. The screen goes off and does not turn on. The weird thing is the green light still keeps flashing, meaning the phone is on. I press all the buttons, nothing works, so I have to bring the battery off. After turnign the phone on, this window comes up saying "cold boot" starts, then restarts the phone. Everything from the memory of the phone is deleted (i guess its like a master reset) I want to know if this keeps happening? WHat should I do? Should I flash the phone or contact imate directly since an issue they need to fix?
