I have a few questions about using Pocket Outlook with a Exchange account.

Marking Mail items as SPAM or Permanently Deleting them
How would I go about doing either one of these? I am getting tired of deleting spam on my mobile just to have to go through my deleted items folder to permanently delete it.
Messages show up as Read after Deleted
If I read a email and then delete it on my phone it shows up as unread in the deleted items folder in Outlook. Shouldn't it show as read?
Why does it take so long to sync back to the server?
When read, delete or move a item you would think the change would take place immediately. Sometimes this takes around 5 minutes to show the change in OWA or Exchange.
