i have an SDA. i hook up a new BT headset. i normally have phone set to silent / vibrate. BUT, with the BT headset it does not vibrate, the phone rings! how do i create a profile where the phone is on silent/vibrate, and with a BT headset it just vibrates instead of rings? this is very very annoying!! i ended up going thru the sound menu and setting each alarm to vibrate, but that means when i want the phone to ring, i need to reset each of the 12 alarms to some kind of ring. help !!

You have to edit the 'Headset' profile within the 'Profiles' menu. All WM Smartphones switch to the headset profile automatically when connecting with a BT headset.

Hope that helps. I was confused at first too.

Have you tried editing the headset profile? Just an idea.
