I am currently a BB user and am looking at making a switch to the Blackjack...

One Q...Does the blackjack support over the air synch like the BB does...Or do i have to hook it up to my computer to synch the device and outlook?

You would have to use Goodlink.

I've been using 4smartphone.net for my push email - pushing gmail to my phone and also for contact / calendar sync with Outlook 2003.... so why am I paying ? What's the free lunch with mail2web.com ?

I use POP3 for Email and schedule appointments on the BJ while on the road. Once I get back to the laptop, I synch it all together. Works for me. If you have someone making appointments for you on your calendar while you are out, then it might not work so well for you.

It does support over the air sync, but I believe you need to have your Exchange servers running 2003 SP2 (http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/e.../overview.mspx).

My company is running the latest so setup was a breeze. We also use Webmail, so I didn't even need to get IT involved to get push set up on my phone.
