Blackjack and PDA unlimited with Express Mail

Can someone answer this question once and for all.. I just purchased the Blackjack yesterday, switching from the Nokia E62 (several hardware/software issues). Because of this I was forced to go from the BBUnlimited plan to the PDA unlimited plan with Express mail. As everyone knows, Cingular's website doesn't explain specifically what each plan includes..so my question:
What all does the PDA unlimited plan include?
Unlimited 3g downloads? (Cingular video, etc..)
Unlimited internet?
XM radio (I have heard that the plan might include this for free eventually)
Tethering to laptop?
Just if someone could just explain in detail what I will be able to get out of this plan, I would be most appreciated!
