I messed around with the syncing of my contacts a few times too many. Now, I have double contacts on my Blackjack and Outlook. Furthermore, I need to clean up some the SIM contacts as they are duplicates of Outlook. I think the easiest way is to clean it all up in Outlook then re-sync it.

How can I delete all of my contacts on the Samsung Blackjack? This is for both the phone and the SIM card. I don't see any option besides deleting each one manually...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If that phone can't erase all your SIM contacts at once, you might put the SIM in another phone (e.g. Nokia) which can.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to another phone. So, I just manually deleted everything on the phone and SIM.

I have updated all of my contacts via Outlook Web Access. Now, when I try to sync contacts, I get an error. Support Code: 0x8503001c

Does anyone have any info on this? I was able to successfully sync my contacts through the server before.
