Problems with 903 firmware or just me?

my 903 seems to have some problems...i'm not sure if its the software/firmware or something about the phone itself...this is my 2nd 903 and one of the problems has happened again...but this time around i got even more problems..

i forgot about a couple but here are 3 that i remember...

1) Phone call incoming but no ringtone playback or vibration...when you turn off phone and back on it works again...this happens once in awhile.

2) Text msg's don;t show up in the sent or outbox....the folder is always empty...but inbox works...

3) when in pictures folder i want to check the options available i click on options and go to set as wallpaper...but somehow the cursor jumps to the next picture or it opens the next one instead...

Anyone else experience this? the first problem happened with my first 903 also..

i cant figure it out also but we have both probs. on #2 only. when i try to click on auto delete set to NONe, still it didn't work. I dont know how to solve your last 2 probs. It seems strange bec. it never happen to me..

Try asking, AL99999 or borgis or timsta, they are the voda experts here.

I had a variation of problem #2. I would get notification of received new message, but when I checked inbox, I never got anything. Messages going out always worked. Timsta told me to do a master reset, and it's fixed.

Unfortunately I'm not sure about this problem. My recommendation is to do a master reset on the phone from the settings menu. If this doesn't work do a hard master reset (if you got your phone flashed) by holding the # button and turning on the phone. If this still doesn't work, your phone may need to be reflashed.

I posted this in another thread but would like answers sharpish because i've seen one for a good price and ned inffo ASAP

isn't the outbox only for outgoing messages that FAILED to send properly/are pending (so you can easily re-send them again)?

exactly. outbox is just for pending msgs to be sent. if it failed then it will stay there until you resend it. as for prob #2 its the most common bugs with some 903, or sharps i would say since i had that prob with 802sh as well. it must be with the firmware. would you like to share what version u have? for prob 1 and 3 i've never seen something like that before. just like AL9999 a re-flash will be the best way to fix it, after master reset or hard reset.

I think he wants to see the msgs that he sent already. Those would be in the sent box but I don't think he's getting them. Mine appear there after I've sent them. Failed ones go to my outbox.

if he performed a master reset.. i'm pretty sure the sms problem would go away. i'm actually pretty postiive on that. but that being said. i'm not sure what firmware he's using.
