(8525) Importing/Exporting from 7520 Blackberry.

Anyone have any suggestions that made a switch from a Blackberry to an 8525?
Basically, I'm trying to get all my addresses from a Blackberry 7520 to an 8525 instead of, obviously, manually inputting it by hand.
Anyone?
