I never have a cell phone :>
now i need one. I need to buy a unlock cellphone( or capable of unlocking by finding instructions on the web) and use a prepaid phone card.

My price limit would be 150~max.
However im willing to spend the max if it can play mp3 and sleek design(camera would be nice but not necessary).

Im not a fan of motorola razr or many motorolas. the SE W and K series are nice but the price is too much for me.

Would anyone recommend me a phone/mp3player + nice design for max 150~?
or a sleek phone (no mp3, camera, etc) with a very LOW price tag?
