I just want a phone without crippled Bluetooth so I can update my contact list and a speakerphone. No extras, but it *has* to be thin. Like Samsung slider thin (or RAZR/SLVR) but, obviously, CDMA. The LG TG800 is one of my preferred (no CDMA & Fido's offer sucks) and the Telus equivalent, the LG VX8500, is fatter and uglier with the fake iPod control interface. Bleh. Then I read about how people can crash / freeze LG phones. Not good. The Nokia 6265i is okay, but it's too thick. I'm still happy with Telus' service, but can I take another provider's (Alltell or whatever), get it unlocked and onto the Telus network? Oh, and I don't like flip phones. Sliders and maybe CandyBars. Give me a reason to jump to another provider! Also: Do the Canadian providers support phone number migration yet? CRTC mandated it, but everyone seems to be collusion... Bell, Telus, Fido etc. are scratching each other's back when it comes to this. Sorry if this is getting off topic. Any phone suggestions based on my want list? |
