I placed my order for an Unlocked Wednesday morning as soon as I saw it was released. I ordered by calling Palm and placing the order over the phone. I was told that I ordered early enough to get in on the "first batch" shipment and that it would ship Thursday. (I assumed they meant Friday since Thursday was a holiday)

I checked my status on Friday and it still says "Order Received" I've been checking it religiously and it still says the same thing.

Has anyone else ordered an Unlocked 680 and got a status update on the website? I've been waiting so long, I really don't want to wait another 2 weeks for it to ship.

I also ordered on Wednesday morning and my status on Palm's site say's 'Order Received'. I'm hoping these ship next week!

When you call Palm to order, you are talking to someone in India that likely doesn't know what Thanksgiving is....

Andrew from treonauts got his unlocked Graphite and said that they are supposed to ship Friday.
Not sure where he got his information, but I'm crossing my fingers.

I'd give them a call to check the status. I think I read that some people over on the Treocentral forum (or perhaps another) were receiving theirs, when the website still said orders were processing. Phone calls resulted in some tracking numbers, or at least updated info.

I ended up cancelling my order and got it from Cingular.

Anyone know how to unlock the 680 yet?

I need to unlock the treo 680 in canada please,i got the phone on ebay today but, it was lock can not use rogers or fido,Thank you.
