This is a question for a Cingy sales employee. I recently purchase a Blackjack with a two year contract. My media max was taken off and replaced with the ripoff PDA unlimited. I told the sales person that I was going to remove the data portion after my rebate. She said I had to keep it for six months. I told her it was and addon and I only had to keep it on for my rebate. She then agreed. She asked me to call her when I removed it. From reading your posts I guess I am to assume that you only get commission if I leave the feature on for 6 months. My qustion is this. If I remove it, what will calling her allow her to do? Will she still get some commission if I call her? I don't need that much internet so there is no way I am keeping it all the time.

Shell try to sell you something else probably so she doesnt get a huge chargeback or evens things out.

No she will not get the commission if you call her back, she will be charged back the commission she earned from you if you remove that feature, plain and simple.
