903sh Shutter Speed and moving objects?

Is the shutter speed of the 903sh slow or something? Every time I take a picture, I have to hold it for around 3 seconds afterwards while perfectly still to get it to not blur. I have it on all of the default settings.
Also, is there a way to properly take pictures of moving objects. I saw that there is a sport mode, but what are the disadvantages to using it (lesser picture quality?)?

dont expect you can use higher ISO dude. it's a "CAMERA" phone afterall. if you want to do something like that, buy a DC.
