Danger have programmed MSN for SKII, but your carrier needs to have an agreement with Microsoft in order for them to put it in your catalogue. Theoretically T-Mobile USA must have done this for the SK3 to have MSN, but presumably chooses not to to give you an incentive to upgrade. As in the UK waaaay more people use MSN that AIM, when T-Mobile UK *finally* gets an agreement with Microsoft to get MSN on the Sidekick I am told it will be offered as a download to both SK2 and 3 users - the sidekick ii has only been out in the UK for a year and they where all sold on 18 month contracts, so sk2 users cannot upgrade and also will do a good job viral marketing if they get to use MSN (since very few people over here use AIM), so i guess the benefits of giving skii users MSN outweighs the disincentive for them to upgrade.

In short, if you want MSN on your sidekick ii nag your carrier.
