P800 Outlook Synch Conduit - Coexist with Palm-Outlook Conduits?

I loaded the p800 software on my laptop but it only gives the option to synchronizes contacts - the others are "greyed" out. So....I tried it on my desktop computer that gives me full functionality. The result - I have to copy Outlook from laptop to desktop to synch the p800. Not exactly difficult but harder than just synching with the laptop.
Anyone have a solution?
On the laptop I use Dataviz Desktop-to-Go to synch Outlook with my Palm.
