My v360 died on me when I was trying to unlock it... Unfortunately, I didn't make a backup of anything... NOOB yes... But during the process, the phone turned off and now when I turn on the bootloader, it says error 0xDAB and it shows bootloader 08.A0 and SW not found... Cannot seem to flash it with anything, it says, phone failed initial security verification checks, HAB error 0x8. Does anyone know what I should do?

ok, tried to unlock another one of my v360's and the phone wont even be recognized by my computer unless i do a testpoint, and only then will it show up as a s blank neptune. so when i try to flash it, it gives me an error that states failed flasing process... incompatible superfile for subscriber unit state... (0x430703a)
i think that the monster pack i am using is the wrong one for the phone, so i am looking for the right one. anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

i have v360v i want to unlock but all unlockers that i've menage to get says that only way to unlock my phone is over testpoint.
can u help me with that?
where can i get it (for free if possible)?

Unless your cellular provider will give you the code (T-Mo did for me), the only way to unlock a v360 (and I'm assuming v360v) is to testpoint. Chances are you won't find someone to testpoint for free. Unless you can find someone locally, you have to send them your phone which they'll open up, do their magic and send it back to you. I think it usually runs about $30-$50 USD.

be really careful getting access to the testpoint in the v360. do not damage the circuit board or the components underneath the rf shield.

if you have the 8.d0 bootloader installed, then the 8.a0 flash files will not work

netko, asking how you can get your phone unlocked in this forum is against the rules. Check out the Marketplace to get your phone unlocked.
