The reason the activation failed had something to do with the dates of the unlimited promo not matching with something.
So, I call the port group and this very helpful rep tried to help me fix the problem. She ended up having to call 3 other people over and no one could figure it out. Before we were able to solve the problem, she accidentally hung up on me. So, I call back. Talked to another helpful rep and she ran into the same problems. She logged out and logged back in and somehow the line was active. Problem solved. How? No idea. OPUS caused me another 2 hours (1.5 of it after we closed) of headaches. So I got to thinking, what crazy problems have you guys ran into? It's not limited to OPUS either...Telegence, Care, Siebel, etc. are all fair game. |
