I have a quick question about transferring video files to my 8525 to watch. Say I have an .avi file that is about 350,000kb. Would I just transfer that file from my computer to my storage card and watch it that way on my 8525 or is there a program I would run the file through in order to make it viewable and reduce the size?

I use pocket divx encoder and tcpmp to play it. On the 8525 you will need to use the raw frame buffer option for tcpmp to work.

Thanks for the quick response. Would you recommend the default settings or should I tweak them a bit?

Nevermind, looks like the default settings work fine. Thanks again for the help. Much better to transfer 80,000kb rather than 360,000kb.
