Hey all. I originally had the Siemens S55 a while ago. Then I sold it for the P800. If anyone is thinking about getting the P800 - - - don't
The picture quality is NOT very good, and the phone is way bigger than the S55. Also - it crashes a lot
I found that I received MUCH better performance from the S55, plus the pics from the S55 cam are sweet vs. the cruddy P800 pics. I have decided to stick with Siemens - I can't wait for the Siemens Smartphone SX - SWEET!!!!!

Yeah baby!!!!!! lol The s55 rocks. I have heard from alot of people that they find the p800 bulky. They all say it's a great device but not really convential or user friendly. My boss has one and he is more taken with my s55 then his p800 which surprised me but hey it's all good. Everyone else I work with has a T68i and they too are taken by the s55. IMO it kills both fones!!!!!!!

Totally, it kills the Nokia's 40 series. The only thing I wish it had was a better screen. But then I wouldn't be looking so forward to the SX1. LOL.

I agree... IMO that's the only thing missing I am used to using a 65,000 color screen but everything else the s55 has and does makes up for it. Next up SX1

Agree. The GPRS is superb. Runs the interactive apps ( www.justyak.com ) without a hitch!

I've heard about that but haven't tried it yet

S55 is a great phone.
I had the 6100, 7210, P800, S300, 3650, S100, and the S55 is just the best for the price and features. Imagine the replacement for the S55

I agree... the s55 has everything a mobile fone should have... at a great price too. Only downfall is 256 colors but IMO thats a small sacrifice I mean what he fone has and offers overall drowns the fact of 256 color screen.
