Verichat discontinued?

I just checked out their site today and it said that Verichat is no longer being sold...would that explain why the "Always-On" via SMS stopped working for me?

wow, you would think they would let there customers know about this.

Nokia will discontinue support for these products, except Verichat, on December 15th 2006"


What is an acceptable replacement for Verichat?

i sent them an email they responded that the service will end when your subscriptions ends.

so, this time next year verichat should be shut down.

Educated guess: Nokia bought the company that makes Verichat.

It's kind of stupid... Nokia bought the company and then they drop practically every program they made.
