At my work right now the only thing my phone can do is charge and that is it without any options. When I get home I will connect and everything will sync just fine. It is very strange to say the least and I have just learned to deal with it, although I shouldn't have to. |

Basically connect the device but have it sync nothing. Before you begin your next sync add one item at a time and then do a full sync.
Whatch the syncing very carefully. Does it sync any of the items? Sometimes it will sync contacts and then go on to the next item and then error out. I have seen this when certain emails cause the sync to fail. See if you can pinpoint which item is causing the error. |
