How do I make a verizon phone back to verizon after it has been made a cricket phone

Hi,
I am new to this and I bought a pink razor vc3 off of ebay that has been "pinged" into cricket. Well I currently have verizon and when i found out it was going to cost me like $100.00 to activate it to cricket I figured well it is a verizon phone originally so why not use it on verizon. Well I called verizon and they had me try to manually program it and still no luck. When I turn on the phone i get the verizon screen and the back of the phone also says verizon. Can someone please help me???

the only help i can offer is to post this in the verizon phones area; this section seems to have little traffic and not much help, i have found.

OK, I just got off the phone with another person at verizon and they informed me that someone must have flashed cricket's software on this phone so I will need to have verizon's software flashed back to the phone. They said I would need to go into the store to have this done. Is there a way to do this without having to go into the store.
