3125 Disappearing Radio Issue

I've owned this phone for almost 4 weeks now (pushing my 30-day return window) and my phone has started to randomly.....well...not work. It's as if the "radio" has been turned off without warning.

Outgoing
I tried to make a call yesterday and after hitting the talk button.........nothing. No dialing, or ringing, or anything...just dead air. I tried calling a different number but same thing.....nothing. I had to reboot the phone to be able to call out.

Incoming
I also missed an important incoming call AND VOICEMAIL yesterday because the radio had apparently shut off without warning. When I rebooted, the voicemail indicator came on immediately and I was able to retreive it......too late.

Things I've Noticed When Issue is Taking Place
Signal Indicator IS usually at 3 or 4
The "E" or "G" is NOT displayed at the top of Main Screen.
In Comm Mgr. the Radio Icon indicates that it is ON (even though you can't dial out or receive calls).

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, have you been able to figure out what the issue was AND resolve it?

I have about 2 days left on my 30 days for exchange.
