phone replacement via Premier was an excellent experience.

I had a minor issue with the charger plug cover on my Blackjack (basically, it's holding on for dear life), so I called Premier this morning and they're overnighting me a replacement.
I know this isn't an extraordinary circumstance or anything, but I was pleasantly surprised at the helpful service I received from them. 
On a related note, has anyone else had issues with the cover on the charger plug?
