Hi everyone,

I recently got the OTA update for the Sidekick 3. Before I got the update, my prepaid SIM card with $30 was recognized by the phone and I was able to sign in.

Now, after the update, the phone doesn't even recognize the SIM card (I get error SIM1).

I know the problem is with the SIM because I tested it on a Sidekick II and got the same message.

Does anyone know why this happened, and what I can do to fix it?
