8525 Activesync Time Problem

This does not happen all the time but when I connect my phone to Activesync my time gets change to 15 and a half hours into the future for some reason. this is driving me crazy. Has anyone seen this problem before? It has not happened until I traveled to Canada and am in an Eastern time zone.
Is anyone seeing this issue with their 8525?
