Any pda phones that arent brick size?

I am using the phone 80% for talking, 5% text message and 5% for appointments.
I had a P800 which is great but I found it too much of a brick.
I like the A1200 but my fingers are too big to lift the lid properly.
Currently I am using a razr but the appointment setting sucks and the battery is terrible.
Any suggestions? I would really like something that I can easily put my contacts and appointments in it.

motorola q. it is thinner than a razr and easier to use also.
