Hi. Well yesterday I debranded my k790a (the rogers one) and today I noticed that in phone status it now says that the phone is k790i. what gives? does this mean that i lost my 850 band? is there anywhere i can check which bands my phone currently has?

I think the bands are in the radio, which is hardware. Your firmware is software.

from 850 to 900 is an hardware thing so i doubt it was possible to change in the first place.

but i remember seeing some motos that can be changed to "Quad Band"
