I am in contact with Vito, a Russian company, to try to determine the cause but they had never heard of the phone before when I first asked. The response at this point seems to be the phone has been engineered with more security which prevents call recording, but I don't know where Vito got that information when just days prior, they had never heard of the phone. |

P.S. Don't forget to notify the other party that you're recording the call; it's against the law to do so without the other's explicit consent. |

Who can I call to resolve the call recording issue I wonder? Microsoft? Samsung? |
