i dont think so because you wont have a warranty because you didnt buy it from T-Mo, its only good if you already have insurance

Actually The one year warrenty will carry over with the device for one year, no matter what. But you wont be able to buy insurance on it ever because you didnt buy it from T-Mobile.

actually.. i bought my first sk2 last last january off ebay.. ive gone through 5 replacements from them.. then after i had the sk2 for a year i bought insurance on it.. then it transfered over to the sk3.. but the point is.. i bought it off ebay, but still got tmobile to do handset exhanges/ and got insurance on the sk2 . .. so good luck

$300 for a 2 week old sk3 isnt bad at all considering the majority of us who bought it the day it came out paid close to $400 if not over..

Actually you can get a new one online at the T-Mo webite brand new for only 250$, so it is not a good deal.

Depends if you want to extend your contract or not. If yes, go though T-Mobile and do a 2 year upgrade if you qualify. If no, thats a great dal for a 2 week old used Sidekick 3 with NO contract.
